2013 FBT Return Preparation Training Seminars - Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane

With an unprecedented number of law changes and increased ATO focus, attendance at an FBT Solutions 2013 FBT return preparation seminar is an absolute must do. Their 2013 FBT return preparation seminars will be practical and cover the important law changes for LAFHA, Relocations, Cars, Airline Transport Benefits and In-house Benefits, and how these will impact on your 2013 FBT returns.
They will work through the identification and valuation of all benefit categories, and explain what information and documentation is required to claim an exemption, concession or a reduction.
There are three full day FBT return preparation seminars on offer in March 2013. Spaces are limited to maximise learning.

Pricing
Early bird – register by 25 January and you only pay $550 including GST.
On time bird – after 25 January, you pay $660 including GST.
Loyal bird – if you or one of your colleagues has previously attended an FBT Solutions seminar, reduce the applicable fee for each attendee by $55 – that’s their way of saying thank you for your loyalty.

CPD / CPE Hours -6.5 hours, a certificate in your name will be provided.

Coldplay Parking Tuesday Night at Etihad Stadium Docklands Melbourne

If you are going to Coldplay tonight – we have all the information to help you not pay a bomb for your parking.

There are a number of car parks around Etihad Stadium.

CHEAP ONES – around 5 – 10 minutes walk

 

CONVENIENT CHOICES – You will not be able to get the usual $5 – $7 evening rate because of the event.

@the stadium (underneath) you will pay $25

@a car park around the stadium $17 – $14 (around one street away)

SUPER CHEAP

These are for those who don’t mind a bit of a walk – looking at around 15 minutes. $6 – that ain’t bad!!!

Vivid 2012 Festival Parking options

Vivid Festival 2012

Vivid Festival is a creative, cultural, community event put on by the City of Sydney every year and has been running for the past 3 years.

This year it’s happening on the 25th of May – 11 of June 2012 and the main venues are all in Circular Quay and include the Sydney Opera House, Customs House, MCA (Museum of Contemporary Art) and The Rocks.

The main attraction is the lighting of the sails of the Sydney Opera House, which starts at 6pm and goes until 12am.

We’ve put together some of the best parking options for you to enjoy the festival hassle free!

Sydney Fifa Fan Fest Darling Harbour

The Sydney International FIFA Fan Fest™ is the place to experience all the excitement of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™. From 11 June to 12 July 2010, Sydney’s Darling Harbour will be transformed by football fever.

Get ready for those late nights and early mornings, as most matches are on at either 9pm, 12am or 4am!

Most car parks around Darling Harbour are open 24 hours, so its probably the best option as public transport is limited during these times.

The Famous Spiegeltent – Sydney Festival 2010 Car Parking

Car parking is available around Hyde Park in several car parking stations. There is also limited on street car parking which is metered till 10pm.
The closest car park is the Wilson Car Park on the corner of Goulburn and Elizabeth streets. It is the car park that is branded with the ‘City of Sydney’ navy blue facade. This car park is about a block down from the end of Hyde park’s southern end (the end away from the harbour).
Also near by is the car parks along George Street which tend to be more expensive. If you are prepared to walk a bit further (being about a block) there are a few good value car parks in the back streets such as Cinema Centre, Citipark and VIP Parking which are worth considering.

Sydney Theatre Walsh Bay – Sydney Festival 2010 Car Parking

Located on Hickson Road, Walsh Bay; the Sydney Theatre Company is renouned for hosting many of the world’s talented performers in its performance space. There is on street metered parking available (They are for a maximum of 4 hours and cost $4.40 per hour before 6pm and $2.20 per hour between 6pm-10pm (so be sure to bring change)) along Hickson Road however depending on the duration of your stay and the arrival and day of the week it may be cheaper to park in one of the nearby car parks.
Bond Store One and Towns Place are the nearest car parks which are both basically across the road.  Also nearby is Clocktower, Quay West and the Overseas Passenger Terminal.

Sydney Opera House – Festival of Sydney 2010 Car Parking

Car parking is available at the Opera House. The closest car park is the Opera House Car Park within the Opera House complex however there is an abundance of car parks within walking distance. Depending on the day and time the cheapest rate will vary – we advise that you search on SydneyParking to find the best spot.

Sydney Harbour Car Parking – Festival of Sydney 2010

There are a number of events that are in Sydney Harbour. Car parking for these is available on both sides of the harbour depending which side you will be on.

On the south side of the harbour – the city side – car parks are abundant and the rates will vary depending on your day or time so we recommend that you search and compare the car parks on SydneyParking.

On the north side there is limited on street parking around the lower north shore suburbs (Mosman, Kirribilli, Milsons Point, Lavender Bay, McMahon’s Point and Waverton) however it is metered and the spaces are usually occupied by the residents of the area. There is a car park at Milsons Point that is about a block from the foot of the harbour bridge. The car parks at North Sydney are also only a short stroll.

Sutherland Entertainment Centre – Sydney Festival 2010 Car Parking

In the evening and on weekends, it is easy to find on-street parking however during the week on-street parking is restricted. There is a council car park behind the centre however there are only a very limited number of spaces so public transport could be a more viable option.

There is an abundance of car parks around the theatre (within 200 metres). The parking rates vary based on the day and time and we recommend that you compare at SydneyParking prior to your arrival.

Secure Parking is offering patrons of Sydney Festival discounted parking rates at the 383 Kent Street car park, located between King and Market Streets which is short walk however we recommend you still compare the rates.
